Essay

Dental variation in 9 Myotis species was studied on a sample of 239 specimens. I found correlation of teeth size and shape with different degree of exoskeleton hardness of prey, and rare congenital malformations in teeth. Identification techniques for similar species were developed, and rates of divergence were evaluated.
