Essay

The dissertation is devoted to matters of increasing the efficacy of treatment in children of early age with functional diseases of intestine (FDI) based on psychoemotional and vegetative status and state of neurohumoral regulation of intestine peculiarities analysis. On the base of anamnestic data analysis unfavorable risk factors of an FDI development are defined. It substantiates prophylactic measures for preventing this pathology in children of early age. The peculiarities of clinical flow of functional constipation and diarrhea are defined, and a characteristic of its main syndromes is given. It is proved, that in pathogenesis of FDI in children of early age the presence of chronic psychoemotional stress state has the main role. Disorders of local intestine regulation, which are characterizing with hyperserotonynemia, predominated in children with functional diarrhea. These peculiarities of neurohumoral intestine regulation gave the opportunity to create the differential therapy approach with inclusion of sedative, antistress medicine, serotonine receptors blockers. New schemes of pathogenetically grounded complex of treatment-and- prophylactic measures in children of early age with FDI are developed, which improves therapy efficacy up to 80-98% subject to the form of disease.
