Danyliv V. Land legal relations in the agricultural enterprises

The thesis is devoted to research of land legal relations in the agricultural enterprises. The condition of scientific working out of considered problems is characterized, definition and characteristic features land legal relations in the agricultural enterprises, is specified feature of a legal status of the agricultural enterprises of various organizational-legal forms as participants specified legal relations are analyzed. The especial attention is given the characteristic land legal relations in farms and agricultural co-operatives. Versions land legal relations in the collective, private (private-rent), state and municipal agricultural enterprises, agrarian economic societies are analyzed. A number of offers on improvement of the agrarian and land legislation of Ukraine is brought.
