Dremlyuga K. The grounds of acquiring the rights to land of citizens of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex theoretical investigation of the grounds of acquiring the rights to land of citizens of Ukraine. In the scientific work is analyzed scientifically- legal and legislative засади of acquiring of rights to land of citizens of Ukraine. It is found out the features of landed legal personality of citizens of Ukraine, defined the conception and features of rights to land of citizens of Ukraine, and characterized their system. It is conducted the scientifically-theoretical analyses of definition and legal nature of the grounds of acquiring the rights on land, carried out their scientific classification. It is investigated system, structure and features of the grounds of acquiring the right of property, tenant right and other material rights on plots of land by citizens of Ukraine, analysed the features of legislative definition the moment of arising the rights to land. It is substantiated proposals for making alteration and additions to standard acts of landed legislature of Ukraine for improving legal regulation acquiring the rights to land of citizens of Ukraine
