The thesis deals with theoretical and practical problems of criminal procedural enforcement in investigative activities conducting in Criminal Procedural legislation of Ukraine. On the basis of literature summarizing, questionnairizing of investigators examination and examination of criminal cases the research was completed on investigative actions, which are also measures of criminal procedural enforcement, which enable formulation and improvement of definitions of it and conducting procedure and also formulate the proposals on current Criminal Procedural Code amendment and new Criminal Procedural Code draft improvement.
