Zazymko O. Criminal characteristic, determination and family murder prevention

There was described the results of deep criminological characteristic of family murders, its determination and prevention. During the work there was researched the family way of life as an object of criminal-legal protection, given deep criminal characteristic of family murders, its quantity-quality results, learned murder's personality. Also there was defined the main social factors of family murdering, which characterised the moral-psychological feature of family couples' conflict relations, analysed criminal situation details, victim's role in the murder genesis and family murders reasons. Coming from specific of family murders, there was produced the integral understanding for activities optimisation of the governmental organs and NGOs for family murder prevention in the modern conditions of prevention.
