In the process of research work were studied and set communication of pathological changes of segments of cervico-thoracic department of spine at dorsopathias and spine osteoporosis with development and features of passing of heart arrhythmias and cardialgias, methods of diagnostics and medical treatment of such pathology are developed. Under the vetebrological medical treatment the reliable increase (р<0,001) of total amplitude of the electrocardiography wave R in the V4-V6, reduction of middle heart rate frequency (р<0,01), quantities of ventricular extrasystoles (р<0,05), trigeminias (р<0,05), and also supraventricular extrasystoles (р<0,001) from Holter monitoring data, increase of integral indexes of the quality of life - PH (physical component of health) (р<0,001) and MnH (psychological component of health) (р<0,001) by the MOS SF-36 questionnaire. These results allowed to perfect diagnostics and medical treatment of heart arrhythmias and cardialgias at dorsopathias and spine osteoporosis.
