Essay

The objects of research - action and aftereffect of insecticides on Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say., Mamestra brassicae L., Agrotis segetum Schiff., Rhopalosiphum padi L. Purpose - to explore particular action and aftereffect of the modern range of insecticides with different mechanisms of action on insects phytophagous crops in acute poisoning in sublethal doses. Methods: laboratory, laboratory and field tests, mathematics and statistics. Scientific novelty - аt first investigated the effect and aftereffect clothianidin, alpha-cypermethrin and diazinon of pests on crop. Found that the deterioration of the physiological state and changes of biological parameters of insects, reduces the water and fat in the body, breath, reducing demographic indicators. Studied the zonal phenotypic population structure of Colorado potato beetle in Chernigov region. Found that after applying clothianidin, alpha-cypermethrin and Diazinon changing structure phenoform. Increase the proportion of the third (20-40%) and sixth (25-60%) phenoform indicates the formation of resistance to insecticides of organophosphorus and pyrethroid groups. One way to prevent the formation of resistance is to change or alternation of insecticides and the use of differentiated norms. Economically justified of using clothianidin with consumption rate 960mg/ha (Dantop, 16% VG, consumption rate - 0,06 kg/ha) at the larvae of Colorado potato beetle in 1,1-1,5 times more economic threshold of harmfulness. Field of application - agriculture, plant protection.
