Object: managerial process by intangible assets of the industrial enterprises. Subject: theory-methodological bases of management by intangible assets of the industrial en-terprises. For the first time: on the basis of the system approach the complex conceptual control system of intangible assets of the industrial enterprises is developed; the algorithm of acceptance of administrative decisions at a choice of a variant of intangible assets' commercialization is of-fered. Has had the further development: classification of intangible assets for management; a method of definition of efficiency of intangible assets' use of the industrial enterprises taking into account sources of their receipt; model of a legal substantiation of administrative decisions rather intangible assets for maintenance of legality of operations with intangible assets of the enterprise.
