Essay

The thesis is focused on research of influence of premixes with improved content of selenium and manganese in mixed pig fodder while their raising and fattening on their productivity, metabolism and pork quality. It is established that use of the improved premix УП 2 in ration of young pigs promotes the acceleration of nutrients digestion, the uptake of nitrogen, macro-and microelements in the body and reduces the fodder use per 1 kg of liveweight gain. Feeding the young pigs with the premix УП 2 ensures the increase of slaughter weight and output of meat in carcass and increase of protein content in muscular tissues.
