This candidate work is dedicated to the research of theoretical-methodological aspects and elaboration of practical tips for the promotion of competitive ability of non-bank financial institutions and market financial service of Ukraine. Systematic approach to development of competitive strategy and elaboration by non-bank financial institutions of structural-logical scheme of its implementation suggested. Tips for the elaboration of the mechanism of state influence on promotion of competitive ability of non-bank financial institutions developed.
