The aim of the research is to develop the basis of methods of investigation murders that are disguised under such reason of which is the impact of any unit of rail transport on man. In the thesis the special attention is paid to criminalistic characteristics, the initial investigation actions, which contributes to the elimination of negative circumstances, allows to reveal the method of commission and concealment of crime, to put forward the investigative versions, choose the tactics of investigative actions.
