Object, subject and mental element of the narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues and prekursors stealage performed by theft, robbery, swindling, extortion, appropriation, misapplication, jobbing as well as qualifying and especially qualifying attributes of narcotics are considered. The structure of narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues and prekursors stealage, its criminological and criminally-legal characteristics are investigated.
