Litvinova I. Right guarantees of home or another habitation inviolability in criminal trial of Ukraine.

Dissertation deals with composite research of actual theoretic points of person's right guarantees and practical problems of their implementation with legal restriction as for inviolability of the home or another habitation in criminal trial. Term, system and kinds of guarantees of rights in criminal trial, their correlation with other legal guarantees have been researched. Term, context and general conditions of person's right legal restriction as for inviolability of home or another habitation have been determined. Much attention is paid to such guarantees as grounds and legal procedure of search, seizure and inspection of home or another habitation, lawfulness and validity of investigator's decisions, prosecutor's and judge's decisions as for carrying it out, prosecutor's supervision, judicial and departmental control of lawfulness of investigative activities. Scientifically grounded suggestions to improve criminal law currently in force in Ukraine as for analyzed problems have been made.
