Babaryka S. The substantiation of parameters of machine’s working bodies for surface applying the sapropels into the soil.

The Research object is the mechanic processes of serving and throwing of hard organic fertilizers for the surface of the field. The purpose of work is making of scientific-practical recommendations for the planning of working organs of machines at the superficial bringing of sapropels in the quality of organic fertilizers on the basis of resources keeping technologies. Research methods are theoretical investigations which were conducted with the use of methods of theoretical mechanics, mathematical analysis and statistics. At the ground of rational constructive technological parameters of machines for the superficial bringing of sapropels a computer design, methods of research of operations and engineering creation, choice of rational technical decisions with the use of methods of qualimetry in the theory of compatible synthesis were utilized. During the experimental researches the method of the mathematical planning of experiment was used. The theoretical grounded determination of intercommunication of power, kinematic and structural parameters of working organs of machines for the superficial bringing of hard organic fertilizers with the even distributing them on the surface of the field; dynamic model of technological process of grinding down of sapropels recognition their serve by a chain-slat transporter in the area of fascination of beaters with determination of the dynamic and power loadings and investigational influence of disbalance of spiral biteriv on oscillation of machine; the graphic model of construction of spiral beaters were created, which can be the base for the creation of throwing devices and variants of possible implementation of elements of its structure. As a result of researches the new constructions of working organs of machines were offered for the superficial bringing of hard organic fertilizers; certainly basic structurally kinematic and technological parameters of spiral vertical beaters; on the basis of the conducted complex of theoretical and experimental researches the pre-production models of working organs of machine of RTD-14 were developed and made with improving technically economic indicators; equalizations of regressions are shown out for determination of the productivity of machine and evenness of throwing about of hard organic fertilizers; the complex of measures of balancing of beaters was offered on the stage of making, exploitation and repair. The results were implanted on open joint stock company “Kovel’sil’mash”. The technical novelty of developments is protected by five declarative patents of Ukraine for useful models.
