Results - a model of TCP-sessions, a method of TCP-sessions stability analysis, a TCP-sessions optimization method. It is introduced - into the budget scientific-research work, into the learning process the department of TCS KHNURE. Sphere of application - multiservice telecommunication systems and networks.
