The given work is devoted to the problem of effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of phacomorphic glaucoma. The anatomical-morphological, clinical and functional peculiarities of the eyes in patients with phacomorphic glaucoma have been studied at the work. It has been determined the dependence between anatomical peculiarities of an eye and clinical development of lens-induced glaucoma process. Risk and anti-risk factors of phacomorphic glaucoma developing and progressing have been specified. On the ground of clinical, morphological and functional peculiarities of glaucomatous eyes of 2 types of phacomorphic glaucoma has been defined, they are exclusive and inclusive, which have certain anatomic-morphological peculiarities. The features of clinical course and prognosis of different types of phacomorphic glaucoma have been determined
