Zosymenko T. Economic mechanism of transaction costs management in transformation economy

The matter of research is a set of organizational and economic relations that are associated with the formation and management of transaction costs of the country in economic transition. Subject of research is theoretical, and practical aspects of transaction costs management mechanism construction in the economy of Ukraine. The purpose is a developing of the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations on the formation of transaction costs managment mechanismin in the economy of Ukraine. There were used the complex techniques and methods of the methodology of economic theory, basic principles and provisions of neoinstitutional directions and neoclassical economics. The results may be used during the development of measures of state regulation of economy of transaction costs management to ensure the effective conduct of economic policy in transformational changes conditions.
