Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the Lie algebras with the prescribed properties of the system of their subalgebras. One of the main result of the dissertation is the theorem which states that for an arbitrary derivation D of Lie algebra L the ideal I+D(I) is nilpotent simultaneously with the ideal I provided the base field is of characteristic zero or has characteristic p>n+1, where n is the nilpotency class of the ideal I.
