Manko D. Legalization as legal procedure

The thesis is devoted to complex theoretical investigations of legalization as the legal procedures are carried out in the application of law. The dissertation covers aspects related to the legal nature of the concept of legalization, its principles and characteristics. In the process of theoretical and methodological justification for legalization in the legal field, was analyzed by its legal structure and the interrelation with other categories, on the theory of state and law. The thesis conducted an etymological study of the concept of legalization and elements of its structure. A comparative legal analysis of the set of definitions of legalization, as contained in the general theoretical sources, and in the current law.
