Kubareva O. The investigation of crimes connected with the realization of the right to vote

In the dissertation the results of research of the crimes connected with the realization of the right to vote are summarized. Their essence and typical features are studied. On the base of the theoretical concepts, legislation and practice the meaning of such crimes is picked out and the classification on the base of criminal and criminalistic indications is done. The meaning of the main elements of criminalistic characteristic is shown, their connections are revealed and described. The main goal of the work is the elaboration of the base of the methodic of investigation of crimes connected with the realization of the rights to vote, that caused the consideration of the problem of the conduct of the preliminary investigation and the institution of the case, setting the typical investigative situations, realization of the investigation and the use of special knowledge etc. The research got the practical result in the elaborated on its base methodical recommendations and advises for the law-enforcement officers.
