Sadovoy S. The legal regulation of grain production in Ukraine

The thesis contains a comprehensive study of legal regulation of grain production in Ukraine. The main directions of research and legal problems of grain production in Ukraine, as well as the genesis of the legal regulation of agrarian relations in this field. The thesis is examined in detail the features and legal structure, consisting in producing grain. Particular attention is paid to the subjective-object composition. Determined that the specific relationships in grain production expresses their content, the rights and responsibilities of grain production are classified in the work of separate groups. Determined the peculiarities of legal regulation of the production and sale of certain types of grain in Ukraine. Proposed a number of specific amendments to the legislation of Ukraine, which will improve the legal regulation of grain production in Ukraine.
