Essay

This research is a combination of animal and clinical studies, investigating certain elements of pathogenesis of development of cordial lesions in patients with chronic renal failure and ways of improvement of diagnostics and forecasting of this condition. The data from 162 patients and 40 experimental animals is presented and analyzes. High incidence of uremic cardiomyopathy and ischemic disease was identified in patients with chronic renal failure; details of clinical presentation of these conditions were described, relative importance of key risk factors established, and multiple pathogenic pathways portrayed. A brand new and twice more accurate method of prediction of chorionic renal failure was developed.
