Asynchronous electric drive frequency converter control with the transfer of asynchronous motor to supply and back. The determination of properties and characteristics of a semiconductor converter with a transfer of asynchronous motor to supply and back, the development of structures and ways of system "converter - motor" on this base. Semiconductor converter theory, electric drive theory, electric motor theory, rotating vector theory, the method of decomposition on a phase and a frequency, operator transient calculation method, equal resistance method. Frequency converter control system structures for regulation and transfer modes were developed; control system noise immunity was increased by the usage of a rotor and supply fluxes as reference signals; linear, integral, parametric, instrumental, subharmonic, pulsational noises and the noise relating to spread in the operation of the contactors were classified; the influence of phase, frequency, magnitude discrepancies on the transition values of electromagnetic moment and stator current was determined; rotor and stator components were extracted in transfer transients by the usage of the mathematical models of asynchronous motor; control system regulators were synthesized by the usage of mathematical models of the power part of system "converter - motor". The synchronization parameter set of a frequency converter with an asynchronous motor and the suitable range of their values were determined; the kinds of noises in the control system were classified; the usage of rotor and supply fluxes as reference signals was suggested; the mathematical models of asynchronous motor and the power part of the system "converter - motor" in basis "current - flux" were developed; the control system structure and the technique of its element synthesis were offered.
