Kiyakh O. Ways of increasing of labor productivity in vegetable - growing on the innovation basis

The scientific Substantiation of theoretically-systematic principles and Working - out of practical recommendations concerning raising the productivity of labour in open soil vegetable-growing on the basis of innovation activity. During investigatios the following methods have been used; monographic, economically statistic, sociological questioning, economically-mathematic, system analysis, absractly-logical, analysis, absstractly-logical, analysis and sythesis. The conceptual model of raising the productivity of labour in the vegetable-growing of agricultural enterprises of agrarian industrial region; approach to the complex using of innovation development system of vegetable growing have been worked out; the methodical approach to the use of material stimulation of labour system in vegetable - growing was suggested, that provides establishing of increments to the rate of tariff for workers, depending on their length of service. With the help of workers of different educationally - skilled groups a number of factors, which influence the ladour productivity in vegetable - growing have been determined. The scientifically - practical directions of labour productivity raising in vegetable - growing in the open soil have been worked out, which provide the effective development of the brsnch.
