Savhcenko N. Financial mechanism of social protection of the Ukrainian people

The thesis researches conceptual grounds of creation of financial mechanism of social protection of the population, its essence and components are defined. There have been revealed and substantiated the correlation of methods, instruments and means of financial mechanism, that determine the process of formation and application of means of financial provision of social protection of population. National and international experience of financial provision formation of social protection of population is analyzed. Modern trends of formation and use of funds of state social insurance and local and state budgets funds for social protection of population are researched. There have been determined the main approaches to creation of the concept of financial provision of social protection of population; the directions of development of budgetary planning of social expenditures for social protection have been offered; the methodological grounds of the process of formation and use of financial resources of the financial insurance system have been improved.
