Dissertation is devoted to development of endoscopic and morphological methods of early diagnostics of the polyposis of stomach and the enhancement of efficiency of treatment of patients with the polyps of the stomach using technologies of minimally invasive interferences. The results of the conducted researches showed that individualization of treatment of patients with the polyps of the stomach is based on determination of semiotics macro- and microscopic descriptions of precancerous lesion changes and malignization of polyp excrescences with recognition of bacterial contamination of mucous coat of organ.
