Essay

Object of the research: process aimed at the formation of microstructure and mesostructure modified mortars based white cement with active mineral additives. The aim of the thesis: develop high-performing building solutions for technology Dry Mix for facades through the use of binding compositions based on white cement with active mineral additives and modifying complexes and regulation of organic mesostructure by light fillers and fillers. Methods: еxperimental results in the study of hydration processes and structure is obtained by physical and chemical methods of analysis (X-ray diffraction and differential thermal). Determination of physical and mechanical engineering, building and property held by the current documentation requirements. Calculation and optimization of warehouses mortars made with the use of experimental-statistical methods of experiment planning. Theoretical and practical results: found out conformities to law of development of processes of hydratation in the cement matrix of a build solution on the basis of white cement with high maintenance of С3A in the presence of thermally activated kaolin and the positive role of addition of hydrate lime is well-proven in forming of products of hydratation, in a that number stabilizing of gel-forming of AFt and AFm - phases; certainly influence of the modes of receipt of product of termal active of kaolin (metakaolin - MK) on his linen and pucolanish activity; got subsequent development of determination of features of gelation in the skim of the modified cement matrix of clout solution on the basis of white cement and for his adjusting the grounded choice of chemical organic complexes; conformities to law of forming of mesostructure of clout solutions are set with the use of mathematical methods of planning of experiment. The method of increase of longevity of facade build solutions is offered on the basis of white cement due to stabilizing of AFt and AFm - phases as a result of complex introduction to the system of hydrate lime and metakaolin; compounding is offered: DBMM1 for the putty of surface of facade by solution by a layer to 5 mm; DBMM 2 for the decorative finishing of facade surface by solution by a layer to 5 mm; DBMM 3 for finishing of surface by solution by a layer to 30 mm with simultaneous heat-insulation of facade. Degree of introduction: were drawn on the results of dissertation researches at development of ДСТУ-П Б В.2.7-126: 2006 "Mixture the build dry are modified. General technical requirements" at introduction on the objects of building in city Krementchuk, Mariupol and Yalta. Sphere of the use: production of dry build mixtures modified.
