Babanly R. Threat by murder: a value and place is in the system of the Criminal law of Ukraine

Dissertation is the independent, completed advanced study, one of the first in legal science of Ukraine complex research of value and place of threat to commit murder, essences criminally punishable threat, kinds and methods of its revealing to a victim. The value of threat is in-process set both within the limits of General and Special parts of the Criminal code of Ukraine, certain features of corpus delict "threat by murder", foreseen the article 129 KK of Ukraine and correlation of this norm with other articles of the Criminal Code, that set responsibility for a threat murder, expressed in relation to the victims with " the special status". The special attention is spared the analysis of approvals of the articles of KK of Ukraine, which set responsibility at the different type of threat, scientific conclusions and concrete suggestions are formulated in relation to perfection of domestic legislation.
