Essay

In the dissertation are comprehensively researched legal regulation issues of renewable sources of energy use, in particular terminology, rights of ownerships and use of renewable sources of energy, stimulation of their use and state management in this area. In dissertation was proved existence of institute of renewable sources of energy use in the Natural Resources Law of Ukraine, suggestions were elaborated for the improvement of legislation of Ukraine, theoretical conclusions, which could support further development of Natural Resources Law of Ukraine theory, were proposed.
