Romanenko K. Methodical bases of forming of the results of forwarding companies' activity

The object is the process of formation of forwarding companies' activity results. The aim is development of methodical approaches to forwarding com-panies' activity results forming in contemporary market conditions. The methods are system approach, analogy, scientific abstraction and analysis-synthesis. Theoretical and practical results are forming of the methodical bases of activity results' forming according to the principles of forwarding com-pany's activity as a mediating agent, methodical bases of informational provision of forwarding activity managing with the application of specially unified mechanism. A complex of stabilization and effective income management for forwarding companies for different phases of their life-cycle as well as the approaches to the analysis of outer sphere influence on the results of forwarding companies' activity are offered. The applications are at LTD "Ukramarine", LTD "Selcam International", LTD "Transport Logistic center", LTD "Marine Container Service", Odessa National Maritime University. The fields of application are economics and management of the enterprises, higher school.
