The thesis covers aspects of an increase in efficiency of prophylaxis of allergic reaction in oral cavity on the dental prosthetics with fixed metal structures of dentures by means of the development and usage of the pathogenetically grounded set of diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive measures: elimination of dentures for 100 percent of patients with true allergic reaction and abolishment of immunodeficiency for 80 percent of patients with pseudo-allergic reaction by application of immuno-enhancer (polyoxidonium, in this case).
