Essay

Object - heat-corrosion-resistant mortar based on dry mixes. The subject of research - processes of structure formation in a thin layer of mortar in condition of simultaneous effect of high temperature and aggressive sulphate medium. Methods - traditional physical and chemical methods according to actual building reguirements, methods of mathematical statictics and experimental planning. Novelty - developed the theoretical foundations of dry mixes and mortars on their basis, operating in condition of simultaneous effect of high temperature and aggressive sulphate medium. It is established, that high strength and special characteristics of the mortar based on alkali-activated cement are determined by the formation of tobermorite calcium hydrosilicates, alkaline hydroaluminosilicates in the hydration products. Complex chemical additives, including lignosulfonate, thiocyanate and ether, provides favorable conditions for the hydration processes. Optimal composition of dry mixture was obtained using means of mathematic design of experiments. The results of the work are introduced into production of the building materials.
