Kovalyshyn I. Policy of refinancing the national system of residential mortgage lending

The dissertation explains the economic essence of mortgage loan refinancing as the key function of the mortgage market. Methods and instruments of mortgage loan refinancing are identified. Analysis has been made of the current state and trends in Ukrainian mortgage market. A model has been developed for refinancing mortgage loans of small and medium size banks on the basis of securitization, as well as a model of issuing mortgage bonds with guaranteed placement. Risks have been identified and classified that arise in the process of refinancing mortgage loans. Main policy guidelines of refinancing the national system of residential mortgage lending were substantiated.
