Essay

The research object is devoted to the development and research of abrasive resistant white cast-iron with the maintenance of titanium and nitrogen which define its resistance to abrasive wearing. The research subject is the influence of growing quantity of titanium on structure formation and characteristics of white iron. The work aim is finding out the laws of interconnections of composition, structure and features of abrasive resistant white iron obtained by electro arc welding with the grown contain of titanium and hydrogen. The methods of investigation are the chemical, spectral analysis, second ionic masspectrometry, X-ray analysis, x-ray spectrometry analysis. It was shown that titanium in a complex with a carbon and nitrogen forms a consolidating phase are carbonitride compounds with hardness near 32GPa. Microalloying by nitrogen influences both on hardness of surplus phase and on firmness of austenite, that increases abrasive resistance of alloy, which is higher than the alloy ЧХ28, Sormayt -1, У8. At first the information was mentioned about the influence of cooling of developed alloy Е350Т4АСГ during multilayer welding on chemical composition, structure and characteristics. Technology of welding of wear proof coverage by the alloy Е350Т4АСГ is developed on steel 20Л for the receipt of high indexes at the minimum thickness of layer. The sphere of application is mechanical engineering.
