The thesis is devoted to the studying of diagnostics and further consequences of acute hepatitis B in persons who have recurrent simplex herpes. The rate of combined forms of acute hepatitis B and simplex herpes has been determined. The compromised premorbidal background, which develops acute hepatitis B has been estimated on the base of conducted estimation of somatic status and immune shifts in persons with recurrent simplex herpes against the rate of recurrences during one year. The basic clinical symptoms have been recorded and further consequences of acute hepatitis B in persons who have recurrent simplex herpes are characterized according to the rate of recurrences of simplex herpes during one year in the presence of which the individual approach during dispensary observation is appropriate.
