Essay

The dissertation deals with the most urgent issues of the inventory management based on logistics principles. The theoretical basis for the inventory formation, methodological approaches to the inventory management based on logistics in the contemporary environment of Ukrainian enterprises are considered. The theoretical aspects of the inventory being the most important economic category and its management are offered. We have improved the methods of planning the program of the enterprises of the machine-building industry. The evaluation of the existing methodological approaches to the inventory management is conducted. There has been presented the model of the inventory optimization management.
