Krasnova Y. The Legal Regulation of the Environmental Safety Ensuring in Aviation

The thesis contains an integrated analysis of the environmental safety ensuring in aviation legal nature. It defines the role of the legal regulation of the environmental safety ensuring in aviation in the modern system of environmental law and environmental safety law. The scientific and legal approaches to the definition of the sources of adverse effect on the environment in aviation are analysed. The development of the legal regulation of the environmental safety ensuring in aviation, its characteristic features, including the measures of structural, functional, economical and legal nature; the mechanism of bringing to liability the persons liable for the breach of the rules on environmental safety in the given sphere are studied.
