Dissertation is complex monographic research, devoted question of expert errors in handwriting research. In work on the basis of generalization, complex analysis of judicial expertise practice of the last years, study of scientific researches in industry of judicial handwriting, taking into account foreign experience, and also generalization of expert practice, questioning of experts, teachers of departments of criminalistics and judicial examinations, the flags of expert errors are exposed in handwriting research and their concept is formulated. New approach is offered for classification of expert errors in handwriting research, reasons of such division are grounded. Typical errors which meet at the summer residence of conclusions are exposed. Modern possibilities of exposure and study of expert errors are exposed in handwriting research. Reasons and terms which promote expert errors are set, and also the row of recommendations is developed in relation to perfection of teaching of specialists in the proper industry, normatively-legal base, technical and methodological providing of handwriting examination.
