The dissertation main objective consists in complex research of theoretical positions of formation of legal guarantees of the right of the victim on compensation of the harm caused by a crime, the analysis of the operating criminally-remedial legislation and practice of its application in sphere of protection of the rights of the victim, entering of offers on their improvement. The author of dissertation had been put and consistently solved such basic scientific problems which have certain scientific and practical value: the concept of the harm caused by a crime and its kinds, and also compensation forms of criminal trial are opened; the maintenance of the right of the victim on compensation of the harm caused by a crime, in norms of international law and in the legislation of Ukraine; concept and kinds of guarantees of the rights of persons of criminal trial; system of criminally-remedial guarantees of the right of the victim on compensation of the harm caused by a crime.
