The dissertation is devoted to the research of specialized norms of the law as a necessary and important element of the mechanism of legal regulation. The basic methodological approaches to understanding of the mechanism of legal regulation were generalized. The definition of the mechanism of legal regulation within the framework of instrumental approach was made.
