Shovkun L. Reproduction and efficiency of use of the labor potential of the agricultural enterprises

Object: process of recreation and use of labor potential of agricultural enterprises. Purpose: ground and development theory, methods and applied principles of recreation and increase of the effective use of labor potential of agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstractly logical, factor analysis, questionnaire questioning, cross-correlation regressive analysis, monographic, ekonom-mathematical design. Results: suggestions are grounded on the improvement of economic mechanism of recreation of labor potential of agricultural enterprises, author interpretation of essence of category is offered "labor potential", grounded basic directions of increase of efficiency of the use of labor potential of agricultural enterprises by the improvement of a particular branch structure and providing of higher level of employment of workers. Novelty: the mechanism of forming and use of labor potential of agricultural enterprises is developed taking into account the features of legal forms of property and menage at the different variants of a particular branch structure with its improvement and providing of more complete and even use of labor potential.
