Essay

The object of research - the process of functioning of a dynamic system composed of plowing tractors and cultivator drill. Purpose - improving operational efficiency, tractors plowing by the justification of the scheme, parameters, and its mode of aggregation with planter for planting crops. Research methods - a synthesis scheme, the parameters and modes of seed MTA on the basis of plow-cultivating tractors based on the basic provisions of theoretical mechanics, statistical dynamics and frequency methods of automatic control theory of linear dynamical systems when developing their statistically random disturbing influences. Processing of the data was performed on a computer using the theory of probability and correlation-spectral analysis in software environments of Microsoft Excel and MathCad. Equipment - rate measurement equipment, strain measurement equipment. Novelty - got the subsequent development of a mathematical dynamic model of asymmetric seed MTA in the horizontal plane that clarified the direction of external forces on aggregate in the presence of slip angles of wheel tires of the tractor and aggregated drills, at first developed a frequency-dispersive index which allows a more objective assessment of cornering the rows of cultivated crops, plant as symmetric and asymmetric units, installed and tested practically new patterns of influence diagrams, parameters and operating modes of the asymmetric unit on the seed trajectory, operational and technological and qualitative performance of its work. Results - developed practical recommendations on setting seed MTA, which were introduced in the experimental farm of the Southern Branch of the NSC "IMEA" UAAS and RF "Lazurnoe" (Zaporozhye region, Melitopol district, village Lazurnoe), and also used in the studding process of Tavria State Agrotechnological University.
