Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the integral survey of the IIB stage (T2N1M0, T3N0M0) in patients with locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) before and after anthracycline containing neoadjuvant chemotherapy with purpose of determining the cancer clinical variants related to chemosensitivity, its molecular and biological characteristics and the disease outcome. By the result of the tumor immunohistological test the variability of the ER and PR expression and of Her-2/neu is established in limits of the clinically chemosensitive and chemoresistant cancer variants. It was established that 3-years disease-free survival in patients with the clinically chemoresistant and chemosensitive variant depends on the tumor molecular subtype.
