Object - the capitalization process telecommunications company. Purpose - scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological tools to implement the provisions of capitalization and investment decisions in managing the development of telecommunications company. In the process of solving a scientific problem in the main, the following methods as: the historical and logical review, game theory, observation, measurement, comparison, methods of sensitivity theory, expert and quantitative methods for evaluating investment decisions. Scientific novelty of the results is the following. First grounded approach to decision making on investment using alternative financing tool. Methodical principles of choice of alternative investment projects by introducing groups of criteria and the parameters of their assessment. Improved provisions for the implementation of promising study of derivative financial instruments (overdraft, netting), telecommunications companies with a stable income through strategic partnerships with banks. Methodical recommendations for investing surplus funds, which include assessing the consequences of changes in conditions of market conditions, and as a result, the study of performance indicators deposit and lending transactions telecommunications company. Further developed the theoretical position of joint-stock company to increase the authorized capital of investment properties. Further developed a set of methods and tools for identifying the effectiveness of implementation of investment decisions which helps improve the financial state telecommunications company. The results made the practical realization of the Center for management of telecommunications networks Ukrtelecom, Ltd.
