Synchuk O. Typical versions in the structure of criminalistic methods.

The dissertation is devoted to development of a scientific concept of typical versions as a structural element of an individual criminalistic method of crime detection and giving recommendations, directed at improvement and optimization of investigational activity on planning and organization of investigation of a concrete criminal manifestation. The author suggests the concept of a typical version, discloses its nature and functional purpose, elucidates its place in a structure of criminalistic methods and reveals specifics of connections with other elements. Special attention is paid to formation of informational database of typical versions, revealing of essence of traditional and innovational ways of their construction taking into account situational factors. The author develops approaches to formation of system of typical versions, shows their role in organization and planning of an investigation, introduction of algorithms and programming in investigational practice.
