The object of research: economic relations within the joint ventures in selected areas of agriculture, the processes and phenomena which determine their development. The aim: the study of theory and development of practical proposals for improving the economic performance of joint ventures. Methods: abstract-logical, economic and statistical comparison, synthesis and analysis, monographic, settlement and constructive, expert estimates, systematic approach and others. Theoretical and practical results: lie in implementation of research results into practical activity of business entities that contribute to accelerate the use of foreign capital and increase their efficiency. Scientific novelty: the first time developed new methodological approaches to the analysis of results of joint ventures, provides the main provisions for the improvement of the optimal combination of investment management fees and income distribution, improved the essence of the concept of "joint enterprise" management structure owned by different entities States, the mechanism of establishment and operation of joint ventures gained further development methodological approaches to the assessment of joint ventures and directions of increasing their efficiency.
