In dissertation on the basis of modern methodological approaches in history and law, extensive review of scientific literature as well as review of written rules of Armenian law and archival materials, the system analysis of legal principles and peculiarities of the Armenian communities’ self-government at the Ukrainian lands as the part of Poland and Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (1349-1795) was conducted. Besides, the review of Polish legislation which determined the legal status of Armenian self-government bodies at the territory of Ukraine was made. Moreover, procedural and institutional forms of Armenian voit’s activity as well as his obligations and election rules were researched. The character of inter-national relations of Armenian, Ukrainian and Jewish communities at the Ukrainian lands was determined.
