Prysyazhnyuk I. Criminal responsibility for violating of inviolability of dwelling or other possession of a person in Ukraine.

The dissertation is a complex research of the problems of criminal responsibility for violating of inviolability of dwelling or other possession of a person and European Court of Human Rights practice as well. The juridical analysis of indicia of these offenses and sanctions for their commission has been researched as well as the questions of criminal legal qualification have been reviewed. The definitions of terms "dwelling", "other possession of a person" and "illegal penetration into a dwelling" as well as the new redaction of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are proposed by the author. At the ground of the results that have been received during the exploring, the propositions for improving Ukrainian legislation about criminal responsibility as well as for the practice of its using have been done by the author.
