Processes in injector with the linear piezoelectric converter of accumulator fuel system. Engineering of diesel's fuel delivery system with electronically controlled fuel injector with the single crystal linear piezoelectric converter (LPC), optimization of its design data and adaptation of research system to ICE. Working characterization of LPC and characteristics of diesel engine 4 CHN12/14 is executed by an experimental research during bench tests. For the numerical decision of the cable equation the method of characteristics was applied. A method of research of the space of parameters for injector's design data optimization was used. Synthesis of a base matrix of fuel delivery management an autotractor diesel engine. The model of a fuel injector of a diesel engine which includes the mathematical description of work of original elements in the form of a hydraulic pusher and parameters of work of the linear piezoelectric converter is developed for the first time. For the first time the experiment-calculated method of synthesis of a base matrix management of diesel engine in the form of area of crossing of the hydraulic characteristic of fuel system and the universal characteristic of an autotractor diesel engine is offered. For the first time it is offered applications of the monocrystal linear piezoelectric converter as an executive element in an electrically controled fuel injector of a diesel engine. The original design of a fuel injector of a diesel engine with the linear piezoelectric converter which allows to raise speed of operation, has high energy-efficient, and also low complexity and product cost is developed. The mathematical model of hydraulic processes in emptiness of an injector from LPC is realized in the form of software product in the environment of MatLab/Simulink, that is the tool for the profound analysis and optimization of injector's work parameters. The program complex DieselAnalyse intended for definition the indicators indexes as a part of the experimental stand for researches of internal combustion engines is developed. Results of research and a program complex are used at KP "KKBD", Open Societies "CHZTA", research laboratory of DVS chair in NTU "KPI", and also in educational process in preparation of students on a specialty 7.090210 - internal combustion engines in NTU "KPI".
